EVANS AND COY., LTD. The above well-known company has a very interesting and attractive display of its famous brand of flour, packed in bags of various sizes. Samples of the different varieties of wheat used in the blend are shown, also the various stages of the grain in process of milling. The stall (on the south-east part of the ground) contains numerous awards and certificates, gained at Dominion and overseas exhibitions. There are several fine photos of the mill, stores, offices and large stacks of wheat, along with an enlarged photograph of the late William Evans, founder of the company
