SYDNEY SHOW

NOTABLE COMEBACK OF THE HORSE. FINE PARADE OF CLYDESDALES. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 27, 9.20 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 27. The horses were judged at the Sydney Royal Show to-day. Visitors from New Zealand witnessed the greatest number of Clydesdales ever paraded here, which emphasises the great comeback of the horse to the man on the land. Last year there were 56 Clydesdale stallions entered, but this year the entries totalled 105, while there are no fewer than 903 entries in the various horse events, which severely taxed the existing accommodation at the showground. The first and second awards respectively for Clydesdale stallions, of three years and two years, were won by New Zealand importations.
