SIR MALCOLM CAMPBELL’S AMBITION. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 7, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 7. Sir Malcolm Campbell, at a dinner at the Authors’ Club, said his ambition was to achieve a speed of five miles a minute, or 300 miles an hour, for which he must reduce the present time for the mile by 1.23 seconds.
