JEWISH TRIBUTE TO FALLEN IN GREAT WAR. British Official Wireless (Received November 7, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, November 6. Armistice Day this year falls on the Jewish Sabbath. Yesterday 10,000 British Jews paid their annual tribute to those of their faith who died in the British forces during the Great War, at service on the Horse Guards Parade. They were inspected by Admiral Keyes, after an officer and a man, who had both won the Victoria Cross had placed a wreath on the Cenotaph.
