IMPROVED LEVELS AT BRISBANE. United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright (Received October 19, 7.55 p.m.) BRISBANE, October 19. At the wool sales, Japan was bidding strongly for all suitable lots. A hardening tendency was in evidence throughout the week, and improved levels are being maintained. Full clearances have been effected, greasy merino fetching to 21d per lb, and scoured 33 id per lb.
