GERMANY BUILDING HUGE STADIUM. Uulted Press Association—By Eleuim Telegraph —Copyright (Received October 19, 10 p.m.) BERLIN, October 18. The Government has approved the plans for the 1936 Olympic stadium, holding 100,000 spectators. Work will begin immediately, the Government providing finance.
