The result of the tenders for the first issue of the new conversion loan Is regarded as entirely satisfactory. The average price received from the loan was £94 11s 9.19 d. Business on the Stock Exchange was dull this morning, security prices remaining little altered in most departments. British funds were slightly firmer. War loan, 31 per cent. £lOl/1/3.
