PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT’S POLICY. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 27, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON. March 27. President Roosevelt will use the dictatorial powers granted under the Economy Bill, when he will send to Congress an executive order abolishing the Farm Board and consolidating seven Federal agricultural credit agencies into a single unit. This action will save two million dollars annually. The President is expected to act shortly in introducing other departmental reorganisations, intended tdl save 100 million dollars.
