REPORTED AGREEMENT WITH ARGENTINE. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 26, 11.20 p.m.) LONDON, March 26. It is rumoured that an AngloArgentine trade agreement will shortly be signed, ensuring the removal of exchange restrictions and the mutual lowering of tariffs. The discussions are so secret that nothing is known of the actual proposals.
