GIRL SWIMMERS.

RECORDS AT SYDNEY. SYDNEY, January 19. Clair Dennis, aged 15 years, broke the world’s record for the 200 metres breaststroke swim at the Domain Baths by 1 4-ss. The previous best was 3.10 2-ssec, by Miss Marjorie Hinton, of England. Violet Armstrong broke Dulcie Raine’s State and Australia record for 50 yards free style. Her time was 28 2-ssec.
