Dummont, Minister of Marine, presented the Naval Construction Bill, previously postponed owing to the An-glo-French negotiations. The Bill provides for the laying down of forty-five thousand tonnage, including a 23,000-ton cruiser, mounting 11.9 inch guns, two well-protected units of 700 and 500 tons, with five-inch guns, also a scout flotilla leader.
