UNREST IN SAMOA.
NEW DISTRICTS DISTURBED. By Radio. Special to the Press Association. (Received March 16, 11.0 p.m.) APIA, March 15. Travelling restrictions relative to the one-mile limit in Apia have been lifted, but new travel restrictions from Upolu to Savaii were gazetted to-day. Doctors and European missionaries are exempt from the regulation. The districts of Lefaga and Falelatai were to-day declared disturbed areas.
