GERMANY’S DAY OF MOURNING. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright, j (Received March 16, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, March 15. With the exception of Bavaria and Wurtemburg, the Day of Mourning is being observed throughout Germany to-morrow, for those who fell in the war. Wreaths are being placed on the graves, including those of the British and Allies. It is expected that President Hindenberg and members of his Cabinet will attend the chief ceremony at the Reichstag.
