FUTURE OF JERVIS BAY SCHEME. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received February 24, 8.25 p.m.) CANBERRA. February 24. Following the visit of the Prime Miivister and Defence Minister to Jervis Bay, the Government is unlikely, as originally intended, to close up this institution, but arrangements will be made to effect considerable economies.
