CONTESTS FOR FORSTER CUP. (United Press Association—By Electrla Telegraph—Copyright.) MELBOURNE, Feb. 19. The first heat in the yacht races for the Forster Cup resulted, after a strenuous tussle: —Gwylan 1, Caress 11. 2, Tassie 111. 3. These were the only boats to finish out of the twelve which started. A half gale was blowing and heavy seas put the others out of the running. Only excellent seamanship enabled the three to finish. Then the winner, en route to her moorings, capsized and sank. The first two are Queensland yachts, and the third is u Tasmanian.
