FRENCH OCCUPATION TROOPS IN BAVARIA. By Cable —Frees Association—Copyrifbt. Australian and N.Z. Cabla Associntio* (Received October 7, 10.30 p.m.) BERLIN, October 7. The French troops at Germersheim have been ordered to walk out only in groups. If molested they may use their arms. Several Germans have been arrested in connection with the recent affair. (Two French soldiers at Germersheim, Bavaria, quarrelled with two German civilians. They warned the public to stand back and then shot the Germans dead. French gendarmes arrested the two soldiers.)
