Dr. Nitobo, tho League of Nations representative, 'said that no international subject was moro important titan nil international language. Tho abolition of war was their chief objective. Ho anticipated tho period when peace seekers of all the nations would find a common language. The German esperantists particular! v warmly welcomed tho Britishers. A gathering at the stations cheered them en route. The National costumes ball formed a most impressive and picturesquo scene.
