"Freeman's .Journal" states that Mr Bonar Law will make an important statement in the House of Commons on Monday, with reference t ; o the application of Dominion Homo Rule to Ireland. The "Journal" believes trat the Govornment contemplates tho abandonment of both coercion and the partition of Ireland.
