ASSOCIATION MEETING. Per Press Association. NAPIER, Feb. 22. The annual meeting of the New Zealand branch of the British Medical Association opened this evening. The Mayor of Nanier welcomed the delegates. The. president (Dr C. T. Moore, of Napier) devoted the main portion of bis address to the evils of patent and proprietary medicines. • He urged that the medical profession should warn the public against worthless or injurious nostrums, and suggested that arrangements might be rmide to publish 'the formulae of these vaunted cure-alls, in the daily press if possible, and if the press refused, then in pamphlet form distributed broadcast.
