AUCKLAND, November 27.
The Minister of Lands points out that quite apart from the Land' Bill another election may be necessary next year owing to thjß work: of the Representation Com-, missioners. A chaotic condition will ensue, and it is 'a question whether an.election is not desirable before the reassembling of Parliament, Constitutional procedure, into which We had not gone, might require this.
