St. Albans, batting one man short, made 258 against Linwood, to which ODivier contributed 149 in a fine innings. Linwood made 60 for two wickets bv call of time
Riccarion, in their match against Christchurch East, made 92, to which the other side responded with 131 for three wickets; West S2.
H. J. Olsea < Auckland), J. Wbeatkv (Christchurch) and J. Baker <Dunedin) have been finally appointed selectors far lie New Zealand team to play the Melbourne eleven, now on their way to the colony.
