Lord Wolverton assumes the portfolio of Post-master-General ; Sir Lyon Playfair, Vicepresident of the Committee of the Council on Education ; Earl Morley, Commissioner of Works ; Mr John Rigby , Q. C. , SoliotorGeneral, and Mr James Bryce, Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs. (Special to the Press Association.) (Received 2.15 p.m., Feb. Gth.) London, Feb. 5. The following further appointments m the new Ministry have been made : — Sir Lyon Playfair, Vice-Preßident of the Council. Mr Edward Heneage, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster.
