London, February 1 1. The Queen opened Parliament m person. The speech was read by the Lord Chancellor. It alluded to Ireland, Chili, and Jamaica, and mentioned the American correspondence. Reform measure has been announced. Proclamation authorised circulation of Sydney sovereigns. February 13. The ship Warrata foundered m the Bay of Biscay, through a collision with the Queen of Beauty, bound for Melbourne. Xo lives lost. The Queen of Beauty landed the passengers at Plymouth. Dennison re-elected Speaker of the House of Commons. Feniun excitement increasing. Fenian Presidents, Roberts and Sweeney canvassing the States, advocating an invasion of Canada, aud despatching privateers from Canadian ports. In the American Senate a resolution was moved requesting the President to recall the Ambassador from England, m consequence of the refusal of a settlement of the Alabama's claims. Motion was rejected by 13. It is reported that an American Filibuster force has captured Bagdad, with Mexican and Imperial Garrison.
