We woiild agahrcall the attention of our readers to the Rangiatea Settlement of 3914' acres, situated on the banks of the Waitoa River, within * fourmilesof Te Aroha, which is now open for selection' under Land Board conditions, for lease in perpetuity. The whole area is under cultivation with the exception of about 120 acreß. It has been cut. up into 1 19 lots, 1 varying from 88, to 521 acres each Applications are to be in by Jubo 22nd, at the Land Board Office, Auckland. This is an' opportunity of < obtaining land t already under ■ cultivation such as we have not had in this neighbourhood before', ( The improvemenXare added to the capital value of the land, and : are paid for by the rent, Mt Rsnshaw, member of the Land' Board, 1 will be pleased to give any further information ou the subject'to any one desirous of applying for sections.
