TORN BY RIVAL FACTIONS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright, (Received- Sept. 22, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 22. Montenegro is tom by guerrilla warfare, sections of the populace objecting to the Pan-Serbian Confederation. The objectors take refuge in the mountains and descend on pillaging expeditions. It is officially admitted that Belgrade is unable to deni with the rebels and officials assert that ex-King Nicholas and Italian agents aro supplying them with munitions. Nicholas, who is still taking refuge in Paris, in an interview, declared he would never bo treacherous to the Allied cause. He intends to fight to regain his kingdom.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
