The programme is balanced by a gurgling Alack Sennet comedy, “The Summer Girls,” Mack’s "wy latest in joy pictures, pictograpli, Railroad Raiders,” and gazette. MADAM PETROVA, THURSDAY. “The Life Mask,” Petrova’s third picture from her own company, and a thrilling mystery play is the big attraction for Thursday and Friday. EVERYBODY’S.

LAST NIGHT OF FRANK KEENAN IN “MORE TROUBLE.” How would you like to foot the bill for expensive items such as cigars, wines, taxi-cabs, and many other items in tho way of billiards and small loans in great profusion? Those were what confronted Frank Keenan in “More Trouble,” the Path© feature now showing at Everybody’s. Tho annoying part of it was that although his son’s name appeared on them the boy was a model youth, who never 'drank or smoked or in any way strayed from the straight and narrow path. The complication of troubles pile up till the old man is-nearly frantic and does not know where to turn. Tho final screening of tin’s highly entertaining picture takes place to-night. THE EMPIRE. MARY PICKFORD IN “STELLA MARIS.” Tho big Artcraft super-feature, “Stella Maris” arrived in New Plymouth last evening from Gisborne, after a delay of several days, owing to the weather conditions. The management have arranged for this big attraction to be, screened at tho Theatre Royal, Waitaia, to-morrow night, as originally advertised, and at tho Empire next Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. There will also bo two matinee performances, tho. first on Thursday afternoon at 3.30, when school children will be admitted for threepence, and the second on Saturday afternoon at 3 o’clock. At the Saturday matinee children will bo charged sixpence, and adults tho same as at the evening sessions. Box plans for the full season rc-open at Collier s to-day and patrons aro notified that there is no extra charge for reserving. Those patrons who booked seats last week are requested to return tickets to Collier’s, when fresh tickets will be issued.
