The Supreme Court case, the Public Trustee against the National Insurance Company, in which £.500 was claimed under an accident insurance policy on tho life of the late Iter. E. L. Woodhouse, drowned about twelve months ago in the Molynoux River, came before Mr. Justice Sim to-day. After the case had been gone into at some length, judgment was consented to for tho sum claimed. Certain costs were allowed, hut witnesses’ expenses and the costs of the second counsel were refused, bus Honour adding that information throwing' a light on the particulars concerning the death of Woodhouse should have been communicated to the defendants by plaintiff.'
