Timothy Sntlivan, the noted politician, who rose from newsboy to Congressman, when ill eluded his nurses and was found dead on tho railway in Pelham Park. Ho lay thirteen days in the morgue before ho was identified. Snllivau was a partner in one of tho largest theatrical circuits in the world.
