HOUSEHOLDERS’ MEETINGS. In addition to those published yesterday the following committees wore elected at Monday night’s meetings to represent tho ■■■Various . 'country school districts;— AVHANGAMOAIONA. , The following school committee was elected:—!/. T. Aylward, S. Bishara, T. A. Bradley, D. L. Hatton, F. Lundon, A. M'Meekin, 11. C. Strombom. HILLSBOROUGH. There was not a large attendance of householders at tho mooting on Monday night for the purpose of electing tho school 'committee for the ensuing year. , Air. J. 11. Hill was voted to tho chair. In 'discussing tho balancesheet the chairman . referred to the credit balance, which was due to concerts having been held during the year in aid of school prizes, and also thanked the parents, who at all times helped so willingly in any function conducive to tho welfare of the district. Tho report and balance-sheet were adopted on the motion of the chairman, seconded by Mr. H. 0. Sampson. The following were elected members of tho new committee; H. C. Sampson, J. B. Marsh, H. C. Man- and J. R. Hill; and Messrs. 11. E. Marsh, H. 0. Skelton and T. Hawkins will bo asked to make up the requisite number. The committee met immediately after tho householders meeting, and Air. H. C. Man- was elected lion. sec. and Mr. J. R. Hill chairman. OPUNAKE. The following committee was elected at OpunnkeAlessrs. G. Looney (chairman), Markham, Alnlcolm, Mildenhali, Knofflock, E. J. Dudley (secretary) and Trotter. , TE KIRI. Tho following were elected to the committee:—Messrs. A. AI. Collins (chairman), T. Brookcr, F. Tindle, F. Coffin, AV. AVatson, J. Coupe and J. Gatcjnbj (secretary).
