Tho annual report of the Riverdali Co-operative Dairy Company, whicl was pz'esented at a meeting held oi Monday, showed that during the pasi season *16,133,8921bs of milk had beei received, which gave 617,8421bs of but ter-fat, or 1,138,9601bs of cheese anc 176,7761bs of butter. The average tesl was (cheese-making) 3.69 and (buttermaking) 4.29. Principal items in the receipts were : [Cheese account, £28,923 12s 7d; buttei account, £8935 0s lOd. Expenditure: Milk account £28,129, 8s Bd, ocean freight £2328 6s Id, wages £1416 8s 7d, requisites £1088 19s 3d. The statement of assets and liabilities showed the company to be in a sound position. Messrs J. W. Patterson, E. A. Washei and J. W. Snowden were elected directors.
