The annual meeting of the Kaupo konui Co-operative Dairy Company wa held on Monday. On the motion of the Chairman tin report and balance-sheet (already pub lisned) were adopted.
A proposal that £500 should bo pai< out was carried by 32 votes to 22.
Messrs Powdrell, E. R. Hastie, am W. Hair, the retiring directors, wen re-appointed.
