Received April 6, 10.15 a.m. Adelaide, April 6. — The Premier states that Mr Kingston Avas instructed to support the Conimomrealth Bill as a Avhole and nothing but the Bill. So far as amendments are concerned the attitude of the Australian Governments is that they have no poAver to accept amendments and tho delegates had been advised accordingly. Mr Copeland, on being intervieAved, considered that NeAV Zealand's interference in federation Avas a piece of colossal impudence. He hoped to see Westralia join. Received April 0, 10.10 a.m. Sydxey, April 6. — Sir Joseph Abbott, one of the colony's Federal representatives, said he hoped that the House of Commons would insist on the right of appeal to the PriA-y Council. If federation takes place Avith Ncav Zealand and Westralia standing out, they ought not to have a Federal huv AA'hich would apply to two-thirds of this continent, AA'hileNeAV Zealand and Westralia Avould be bound by Imperial laAV.
