He never intended the matter to como before the Board, and thinks some members of the Board, who are antagonistic to tho Eastern Extension Company and the Australian Colonies. Avere outvoted. He is not likely to do anything in the matter till the full report, arrives, and then probably tho colonies Avill confer.
