FOOTBALL. TO THE EDITOR.
Sir, — I have read the correspondence in your paper and in tho News on this subject. From what I can gather it ■would appear that the Otago-Taranaki match is to be played at Hawera. If this Idea is correct! think the New Plymouth public are entitled to an explanation from the Union. It is becoming more and more apparent every year that the headquarters of the Union should be at New Plymouth.— lam, &c,
