Attention is drawn to the advertisement appearing to-day with reference to the sale of the Lysaght homestead at Mokoia. The trustees intend to sell and anyone interested is advised promptly to inspect and attend the sale as the auctioneers are not being hampered with any prohibitive reserve. It is practically certain the property will be sold under the hammer. The land will be offered at 12 noon sharp to-morrow and the sale of furniture etc. will commence promptly at 12.30.
