SERIES OF ARTICLES No game has made greater progress in Taranaki during the last few years than golf. .Within the circulation of the Taranaki Daily News there are to-day nearly twentyfive clubs and over two thousand players. For the special benefit of golfers the Taranaki Daily News, commencing to-day, will publish a series of fourteen weekly articles on the various golf shots, written by Britain’s leading players. Every stroke, from the drive to the putt, will be dealt with in a simple and interesting manner. The first of the articles “The Art of Driving,” by A. J. Lacey, one of the longest drivers in Britain, will appear on to-day’s sporting page.
