MISHAP OVER ATLANTIC OCEAN. RETURN TO CAPE VERDE MADE. By Telegraph— Press Assn.—Copyright Dakar, Feb. 17. M. Paul Codos and M. Maurice Rossi, who left Marseilles on a non-stop flight to Rio de Janeiro, narrowly escaped being forced down into the Atlantic owing to failing oil pressure.
