MANY DIFFICULTIES
SUBSIDISED SHIPPING DISCUSSION OF. PROBLEM INTER-DOMINION TALKS TRADE ON A QUOTA BASIS By Telegraph—Press Assn—Copyright. Rec. 1 a.m. Canberra, Nov. 27. The conference of Commonwealth and New Zealand Ministers to-day gave long consideration to foreign subsidised shipping. It is understood that no decision is likely to be made at this stage. The problem is bristling with so many difficulties that the conversations are.-likely to be deferred until next year. Discussions wefe continued on the trade issues, anent which a decision will be delayed until the proposals come before the respective Governments of the Commonwealth and the Dominion. The indications are that there will be a general resumption of trade, upon matters now covered by embargoes, possibly on a quota basis. The Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates and the Hoh. R. Masters, the New Zealand Ministers, wefe the guests of the Gover-nor-General, Sir Isaac Isaacs, at dinner to-night at Government House, as well as Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, British Undersecretary for Dominion Affairs, and Miss Sheila MacDonald,
