FIRM WITHDRAWS ALLEGATION. ELECTROTYPER’S CLAIM SETTLED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The case in which David Simpson, electrotyper, claimed £2OOO damages from Vickery and Inkersell Ltd. for alleged breach of contract has been settled out of court. Before Mr. Justice Reed in the Wellington Supreme Court to-day Mr. C. Evans-Scott for Simpson asked that the action be struck out as settled, the defendants having withdrawn all the allegations of incompetency against Simpson.
