Mrs. Masters and Miss Gwen Masters are visitors to Opunake. Mrs. W. E. Tayler, Alton, is holidaying at Kimbolton and Lake Taupo. She will be the guest of Mrs. McKay. Misses K. and E. Lavery are spending several days at Auckland. Miss Edna Adams is visiting Wanganui and Feilding. Mrs. Niven, Manutahi, is the guest of Mrs. A. A. Carey. Mrs. Anderson, Auckland, is the guest of Mrs. Holmes. Nurse Tompkins will spend the holiday at her home at Hamilton. Mrs. Glenny and Miss M. Glenny have left for Wellington and will go later to Picton. Mrs. E. O. Homer is spending a holiday at New Plymouth. Miss W. Kenworthy is visiting friends at Auckland. Mrs. H. Palmer, Ball Road, is in the Patea hospital. Misses A. Homer, M. Campbell, B. Rybum and O’Sullivan, New Plymouth, will spend the holiday at the Patea beach. They will be joined by Miss Vera Sheild. Miss Margaret Gilligan will spend the holiday at Wanganui. Nurse Kettles, of ‘the Patea hospital staff, was farewelled at a social in her honour this week prior to her departure for New Plymouth. , Mrs. A. Smiles will spend Easter with her sister, Mrs. A. Parkin, at Tangarakau. Miss C. Honeyfield is visiting her mother at Egmont View. Mrs. Young, who has been the guest of Mrs. Kiihfuss, Whenuakura, has returned to Wellington. Mrs. W. Crompton has taken up residence at Whenuakura.

Misses June Davidson, Joan Hurley and Barbara Kiihfuss are home from the Wanganui and Sacred Heart Colleges.
