Everything is now on the ground floor and there is an abundance of natural light.* At the recent session of the Supreme Court, Canterbury district, the Gillette Safety Razor Company obtained judgment with costs and an order for a writ of injunction against a Christchurch firm to restrain them from infringing the registered trade mark “Gillette” and m particular from advertising,- offering for sale, selling or disposing of any razor blades not of the plaintiff cpmpanys manufacture, or vending as “Gillette type (or pattern) razor blades, and from advertising, offering for sale, selling or disposing of any razor blades as. “Gulette” razor blades not being genuine “Gillette” blades. An action brought by the proprietors of “Valet” razor blades against the same Christchurch firm was similarly successful and judgment arid a writ of injunction was obtained with eosts.* . .
