JUSTICES ORDER SIX MONTHS GAOL CREDIT OBTAINED ILLEGALLY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston North, September 18. Alfred Hardingham Rushbrook, married, a builder, formerly of Palmerston North, and now of Napier, was sentenced by Justices of the Peace to six months’ imprisonment on' each of six charges of obtaining credit without disclosing that he was an undischarged bankrupt. The sentences are to be concurrent. Accused had pleaded guilty and elected to be dealt with summarily. » It was stated by the prosecution that accused went bankrupt at Dannevirke in 1925.' The sum concerned in the present charges aggregated £1520, the amounts being incurred in connection with building contracts.
