DOMINION PARLIAMENTS AGREE. British Wireless. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, August 1. Questioned as to which of the Dominions had adopted the Statute of Westminster, which was agreed upon at last years Im perial Conference as a means of regularising constitutional relations, the Secretary for the Dominions said though formal communications had not yet been received in all cases, the 'position was that resolutions in the sense of the recommendations of the Imperial Conference regarding the proposed Statute of Westminster had been passed by all the Dominion Parliaments.
