VESSEL LOST NEAR WANGANUI. TWO MEN WERE ON BOARD. By Telezraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. Wreckage found beneath the cliffs three miles north of the Wanganui River mouth has been identified as belon'ring to the launch Scotia, which left the° port five weeks ago on a fishing cruise. Aboard the craft were William Young, single an< i aged 45, William Emmery, single, and aged 35, both residents of Wanganui. The wreckage consists of a portion of a mast with a piece of sail attached and -several pieces of white-painted board which are attached to the foot of the mast and apparently have teem torn from the bottom of the boat.. The owner of the launch is certain that the wreckage is part of the Scotia, as he recognises some of the electric light fittings on the mast. —-
