LABOUR MAINTAINS ATTITUDE.

Tn the House of Commons Mr. Graham refused to accept Sir P. Ounliffe Lister’s suggestion to give the House an oppor<tuuity of reconsidering the decision taken in differing circumstances to ratify a tariff convention, and refused to consult the Dominions before going further in the matter. Ho said that he had already fully explained the convention to the Dominjons.
