Nelson, mcreiliant, formerly of Samoa, for £2OO, representing damage which was alleged to have been caused to plaintiff’s house and contents during Nelson’s tenancy extending from December, 1928, to March 14, 1929. Defendant further referred to tho condition of tho house. When ho rented it the furniture was of a very cheap class. After further evidence tho case was adjourned
