Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, April 29. At a meeting of the governing, body of the International Labour Office this morning in Paris, Miss Margaret Bondfield, British Minister of Labour, in the course of discussion on the activities of the office announced that the British Government was now ready to ratify the Washington Eight Hours Convention.
