AIRCRAFT COMMUNICATIONS.

Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, April 29. The League of Nations Committee on Arbitration and Security discussed the question of the facilities to be granted to aircraft used by the League to maintain communication in the event of a threat of war., The German delegate, Herr Goeppert, urged that the. League should not have its own aircraft but should use machines placed at its disposal by various governments. The general discussion was adjourned to enable the British delegation to prepare a draft convention, in which the British Government’s viewpoint will be explained.
