A new site had been purchased and was in the possession of the department, and he was hoping a school -would.be erected on it as early as possible. Mr. Atmore replied that a recommendation in regard to a new school at Tikorangi -was now before Cabinet) All recognised that it was needed. The question of a new school at Ingle-wood was being- considered by the Taranaki Education Board, which must deal with the matter before it came under the notice of the department.
