MAN CHARGED WITH NEGLIGENCE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, Nov. 15. .As the outcome of a double fatality which occurred at Hillcrest on October 15 in a collision between a car and a motor-cycle, John Blair, aged 20, the driver of the car, was charged to-day with negligent driving, thereby causing the death of John Aard. He pleaded not guilty and reserved liis defen :c, no evidence being called on bis behalf. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court for trial, bail being renewed in hia own recognisance of £2OO and two sureties of £lOO each.
